Day 5 journal prompts :
1) What is your ‘first domino,’ the one thing in your life that would bring about a shift to your very core if you addressed it?
2) List all the reasons you do not want to do this one thing. List all the reasons why you do want to do this one thing.
3) What will happen if you continue as you currently are? What will happen if you change?
4) Imagine yourself a year from today having done the one thing. How does that version of you feel? What advice or encouragement would they have for you right now?
