Does this sound familiar?

For a long time, alcohol has been your thing. You've loved this liquid! It’s been there for every occasion—every high, every low, and all the in-betweens.

Drinking was how you connected with the guys, bonded over sports, relaxed after a long day, found courage, let loose, eased stress, and celebrated victories.

But now, you can't shake the feeling that drinking is doing more harm than good.

Crushing hangovers, lost memories, uncontrollable emotions, declining health, anxiety, and even self-hate are becoming all too common.

You've been thinking about quitting but don’t know how. Even worse, a big part of you has no intention of stopping.

Drinking is such a big part of who you are that it's hard to imagine your life without it.

Plus, the idea of never drinking again sounds miserable.

Yet, a part of you knows you need to stop. A part of you really wants to get your drinking under control.

It's like you're caught in a chaotic, loud battle that you can’t escape.

It's confusing, frustrating, and difficult to manage.

You've lost self-confidence and self-trust, and that’s making you feel weak, less-than, lacking discipline.

There is hope.

In my 20s and 30s, alcohol was who I was. My identity was wrapped up in it and it had seeped its way into every part of my life.

It led me to my darkest moments, where I felt lost, ashamed, frustrated, and apathetic.

What I didn’t realize then was that Alcohol was masking a much deeper wound within me.

For years, I lacked meaning and an understanding of who I was. Alcohol became my coping mechanism for unresolved pain, but it wound up trapping me in a cycle of sadness and self-hate.

In January 2020, I decided to make that change…

What I’m learning that has been the greatest benefit is the insight into the personal situations and perspectives that led to me needing Cole’s services in the first place.
— Kevin C.
Cole is a very authentic person who I felt comfortable opening up to. I am very reserved and feel I have a great BS detector. I could tell he was the real deal and was truly set on helping me while going at my speed.
— Joe G.

I knew I had to redefine my relationship with alcohol, because I was DONE with feeling conflicted, worthless, insecure, and angry.

Does this resonate so far?

Then I’d love to help you…

  1. Create a safe container to do challenging work.

  2. Allow you to be yourself without judgment.

  3. Offer new perspectives with gentle guidance.

  4. Help you map your inner world.

  5. Help you uncover your inner power to transform your life.

Through coaching, you will…

  • change your relationship with alcohol.

  • regain trust in yourself.

  • quiet the battle in your mind.

  • become your true Self.

  • get the results you desire.

As your coach, I am here to guide you through the process of rethinking your relationship with alcohol.

Using a unique coaching process called Internal Family Systems, you'll:

  • Understand different sides of yourself: Recognizing the different aspects within you that play a role in why you might drink alcohol.

  • Create bonds: Building a caring connection with each of these aspects instead of trying to push them away.

  • Deal with deeper problems: Figuring out and addressing the root causes linked to dependence so you don't rely on alcohol as much.

  • Take charge of yourself: Making your inner self stronger so you can make better choices and handle your emotions well.

  • Bring conflicting sides together: Promoting inner peace and reducing the internal stress that might lead to drinking.

  • Encouraging personal growth: Helping you grow, become more aware of yourself, and manage your emotions better.
